Care for the whole body — not just the sore spot.

Most visits focus on one symptom — a sore shoulder, a stiff neck. Integrative bodywork is broader: focused, hands-on soft-tissue work across the whole body, addressing the restrictions that refer pain and limit how you move.

What it is

Deep, hands-on soft-tissue work performed by Dr. Colt, drawing on more than a decade of clinical myofascial experience. It combines three things patients usually have to seek separately — assisted stretching, deep soft-tissue and myofascial release, and chiropractic adjustment — in a single visit, with a physician’s knowledge of anatomy behind every technique.

That combination — stretch, soft-tissue work, and adjustment in one visit — is unusual, and something patients rarely find with a single provider.

Who it’s for

Anyone carrying more than one problem area — people who sit long hours, train hard, or live with tension a quick visit doesn’t resolve. If you’ve had a massage that felt good but never reached the real restriction, this is the more thorough, clinically informed version.

What to expect

A brief history of what’s bothering you and how you move, then focused hands-on treatment across the areas that need it. Most patients leave with better range of motion and less tension, and many use it as ongoing maintenance.
